Surface treatments even for large surfaces
We can meet our customers’ surface treatment needs on even a tight schedule if necessary.
Our surface treatment system consists of a 6 x 16 metre steel grit blasting chamber, a 6 x 24 metre wet painting chamber, and a packing department. We can treat even large pieces using our gantry crane and trolleys. Our lifting capacity is 10,000kg.
Coating options
We have paintable and sprayable wear-resistant coatings, heat-resistant coatings and special-strength and abrasion-resistant coatings. We also carry out fire-resistant painting.
After surface treatment we measure paint layer thicknesses, draw up documentation for each piece, and protect the product.
